I have been using this method for years. It is simple, profound, effective and free. It is a guided emotional breathing technique, which is super powerful at connecting you back to your centre, shifting thought patterns and supporting your body's natural healing abilities.
Having a background in deep technical things and marketing, spirit was early on nocking on my door to wake me out of the matrix. I took the red pill and have never looked back.
